DO STEREOTYPES TELL US REALLY AS WE ARE?

It is not true that all the people from…are…

SPAIN: They like dancing flamenco and going to watch bullfighting every day. After a good meal they spend all the afternoon sleeping on the couch a good siesta. They have a lazy life and working hard is a word that they hate.

RUSSIA: For combating the cold weather they drink a lot of Vodka, even their president appeared sometimes drunk. They hate American people, especially after the cold war.

JAPAN
: They never sleep, all the day working and working hard, developing new gadgets and technology.

UK: They take their tea at five o’clock in the afternoon. I have the idea they don’t do anything else that to take tea and drinking beer at the pubs.

USA: They always search their American dream. You will always find them eating big burgers or junk food. I think about them as cowboys on the rodeos in Texas or in the big cities as stressed business people.

..although you would be surprised about the fact that in most cases, they are as described on their stereotype.
