IRRELEVANT DATABASE HURTS MEMORY IN BRAIN

Yesterday I forgot where the keys of my car were, and some weeks ago my brain was not able to remember when the date of my wife’s birthday was. According to a study published: “scientists say memory lapses can be blamed on too much irrelevant information.”

IRRELEVANT DATABASE HURTS MEMORY IN BRAIN

Really, memorize or remembering absurd things such as:

- The plot of 13th book that you read when you were young.
- The results and the scorers of your preferred team on the season.
- The phone number of your old aunt who lives abroad when you can search easily on your phonebook.

… all this is a waste of memory on your brain.

You can compare your brain with the Hard Drive of your computer: How many archives do you have which are occupying unnecessary space? It is only question of doing an accurate cleaning and only leaving the most important things.
