THE DANGEROUS VENOM OF HURRY IN OUR LIVES
THE DANGEROUS VENOM OF HURRY IN OUR LIVES

We live in a society that rewards and celebrates the speed and immediacy. Discarding the habit of wanting things for now yet, it is possible. It is only question of a simple change of attitude and a little process of inner psychology.

What causes stress is being here wanting to be there, or being in the present wanting to be in the future. But then, why do we do it? Why are we anticipating? Our happiness is not in right now, but in another time which is about to arrive. An example: Being in a traffic jam, we hope that it ends immediately to reach our destination.

Impatience is often an indicator that we are not at ease with ourselves, because if you really were, we would have no hurry. For the traffic jam example, would breathe deeply, put the radio, sing, think positive things and other actions that depend entirely on us.

Only from a stable domestic thinking we can begin to relate to our circumstances in a more conscious way, being able to take the most appropriate attitude and behavior at all times.

This blog is an amusing meditation about things that happen in this crazy world. Fiction and reality go hand to hand and sometimes one doesn’t know if the facts are false or true. Any resemblance that you can find here with the real world is purely coincidental or not. One thing is sure, all the content of this blog is 100% original by the author.
