WHAT SYMPTOMS DO I GET STRESSED AT TIMES?


According to a stupid poll managed by myself (for the only fact of knowing me more in accordance with my psychologist), the symptoms which stress me daily more are:

- Watching on TV that millions of people don’t have meal, while I am dinning a big burger with double cheese.

- Trying to paint as Picasso and the only thing that I get is a dirty blot on the canvas.

- At work: Demanding bosses, disinterested employees and ineffective communication.

I feel I have no resources to save these stressful situations, and I would like to find a defense mechanism which would allow me to get out of those states.

Especially because my psychologist is not very helpful to me, and I must pay $200 every week to a person who tells that he is a professional, but who ignores me all the way, fact that increases, even more, my stressful life.
