A new American company “New Age 2020” promoted by retired former NASA managers announced its intention to create a business about travels to the moon on holidays.
“We are going take advantage of the old ferries, which government tries to sell as scrap metal for balancing its budget, for creating a new model of space shuttle,” said John Mad in a conference call with a group of paranoiac bloggers (I was in there) in Oklahoma.
“Our potential customers could be retired billionaires’ space fans, to who we will offer the holidays of their lives. After having tasted all the luxuries on this world is time for them to explore other kind of excitement.
“Evidently that we are going to check their health before to place them in the space; we want to avoid hearth attacks or similar stories to avoid the price increase because a death insurance.”
For the moment the travel doesn’t include to walk on the moon surface, and it only will be a tour around the moon and retour to the Earth, because costs would skyrocket, but all is start and to watch as it develops.
